The investiture ceremony of RKL Galaxy International School for the academic year 2018-19 was held recently in the school assembly hall on Saturday 14th July, 2018. The ceremony started by lighting the lamp which signifies removal of darkness and the continuous upward movement of the flame denotes the path of wisdom and divinity. It was followed with the school prayer by the school choir.

RKL Galaxy International School was privileged to have Mr. Pushkar Choubey, CEO of the School, Mrs. Nivedita Madakikar, Academic Director of the School, all teaching staff, nominated students prefects, Class Monitors and Energy Conservers along with their parents.

Master. Ved Khemekar and Miss.Tanushree Joshi were bestowed as the school prefects. Both the prefects were honoured with sash and badges. Class monitors and Energy Conservers from each class were honoured with badges by their respective proud parents. After giving away Sash and Badges all students took an Oath.

Respected Mrs. Nivedita Madakikar Ma’am congratulated the elected students and gave an inspiring speech on the importance of pursuing what one is capable of rather than doing a bit of everything. She reminded them that they are the torch bearers of all the values that the school stands for and urged them to take up the responsibility with commitment and integrity. 

The ceremony concluded with Vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem.

On 15th August 2018, RKL GALAXY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL celebrated the 72nd Independence Day with zeal and spirit befitting the occasion. The event was graced by Chief Guest Wing Commander Dhanraj Yadav, Vice Chairmen Rajendra LunkadSir, Ravindra LunkadSirand our CEO Pushkar Choubey Sir.

The event was also attended by the parents and students.

The National flag was hoisted by our chief guest followed by the national anthem and the flag song sung by the students of Grade III and IV.



The students of the primary section carried out the PE drill. It was lead by Rahul Devkar Sir and the Prefects of the school.

Speeches were given in English, Hindi and Marathi by Saee Chimegawe of Grade II, Netra Borgaonkar of Grade III and Sakshi Koratkar of Grade IV.

Certificates were distributed to the English Handwriting and Hindi Handwriting competition winners by our chief guest. It was a token of appreciation and encouragement for the students to do better.



Vice Chairmen Rajendra Sir and Ravindra Sir gave inspiring speeches to the students. Wing Commander Dhanraj Sir also gave a rousing speech and urged the students to work hard for the better future of our country.




The event was concluded by singing the National Song by the teachers of our school.
